My wife and I support Lewis Davis as the District 3 county commissioner.

Lewis acquired a great deal of experience dealing with local and county politics when campaigning for this office in the past. Although he did not win in those elections, they have taught him very valuable lessons regarding what the citizens in District 3 want and deserve.

Lewis has handled his campaign cleanly and honestly and will continue that quality during his term as County Commissioner representing District 3. Lewis has the personality to listen, learn and, when needed, he will stand his ground for the betterment of his district and the entire county of Troup.

Lewis is a lifelong Troup County resident, and wants nothing more than to help the citizens of our county by being elected to this position. Lewis and his family are very well liked and respected in their community, church and civic clubs.

We most admire Lewis for his effort to seek election again. He has not given up when being defeated in the past.

Lewis strives to better Troup County with contributing ideas to bring in more retail into Troup County, which would create more jobs and lighten the tax burden on the current citizens. We believe Lewis will work diligently with the Board of Commissioners toward this goal.

It is going to take the entire board working together to make improvements, and Lewis is the person to work with everyone.

Lewis has visited many of the Troup County departments to talk with each department to learn of their needs and how each department operates, which will be of utmost importance when it comes to budgeting for Troup County.

It’s time for positive change in District 3! With proud enthusiasm, we support Lewis Davis as District 3 county commissioner.
