Contributed report LaGRANGE — Design Group Exhibits, a local exhibit and showroom design company, announced the promotion of Jim Hines to President. Hines will be responsible for the day to day business and direction of the company and employees. “Jim has been a key part of our success and we are thrilled to promote him to this important position,” said Tricia Dimon, CEO of Design Group. Hines, 44, joined the company in 2001 as a graphic designer and quickly rose to several supervisory and management positions over the years. “We plan to expand and diversify over the coming two years and we are confident that Jim will be the key leader to help our organization reach its goals,” said Dimon. Hines said he has “some very big shoes to fill.” “Tricia has grown an amazing business,” he said. “I look forward to serving the amazing client base Design Group has established over its more than 20 years in business. My wish is to lead the company into another 20-plus years of prosperity and growth.”
