LaGRANGE — Splash Kitchens & Baths LLC, a LaGrange-based design/build firm, has been awarded a 2016 Guildmaster Award for continued commitment to exceptional customer service.

GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers and contractors.

Splash Kitchens & Baths was selected as one of more than 200 companies recognized by GuildQuality for customer care.

GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of GuildMaster candidates. In determining the companies who were recognized, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would recommend the business and the percentage of customers who responded.

Splash Kitchens & Baths achieved a recommendation rate of 99 percent from customers surveyed through GuildQuality.
