LaGrange firefighter honored for 30 years of service

LaGRANGE — LaGrange Fire Lt. Ken Edgemon was presented with a plaque by Public Safety Chief Lou Dekmar and LaGrange Fire Deputy Chief Phillip Rice during a special ceremony on July 13.
Edgemon retired earlier this month after 30 years of service with LaGrange Fire Department. He was also the first LFD team member to receive certifications as a EMT and paramedic. Edgemon also was certified as a fire investigator.
