Bullet hits 2 apartments

Investigators with the LaGrange Police Department are looking for a suspect(s) who fired a gunshot that hit two separate apartments.

The incident happened about 12:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Tall Pines apartment complex at 150 Turner St., said investigators.

One victim told officers he and his two children were inside their apartment when the heard a gunshot and noticed a bullet went through the walls, according to the police report.

A second victim said she and her daughter were inside their apartment when they heard a gunshot and noticed a bullet came through the wall and landed on their couch, a police report stated.

No one was hurt.

The witnesses said they were not sure where the bullet orginiated from, investigators said.

Police are still investigating.
