Mrs. Frances Hall Smith, a former teacher at Ethel Kight High School will be funeralized on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5715 Koon Road, Columbia, SC 29203. The body will lie in state at the Church from 11:00 until the funeral hour.

 

Arrangements will be handled by Palmer Funeral Home, 1200 Fontaine Road, Columbia, SC 29223.
