Warren Dozier Ford, Sr. passed away Monday.

He was born November 21, 1953 in Greenville, Georgia to the late, Charlie Dozier and Sarah Holt Dozier.

“T-Lank” as he was known by many, worked for several years in the timber and landscaping industry.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Harris Ford; sons, Deorton Harris, Andre (Pam) Harris, Warren (Oneida) Ford, Jr., Richard Ford; daughter, Mary Denise Favors Jimenez; ten grandchildren, one great granddaughter; special friend, Mary Thomas; sisters, Mary (Ruben) Hines, Virginia (Bennett) Stargell, Johnnie Prather, Christine (Larry) Parks, and Sonya Dozier; brother-in-law, John Henry (Earlene) Harris; sisters-in-law, Annie Harris, Gloria Jean Harris, Sally Patterson, and Rosa Lee (James) Snellings; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Friday at 1:00 PM at New Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, Greenville. Rev. Bruce Alford and Rev. Michael Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenville City Cemetery.
