Ethel Mae Worman passed away Wednesday at WellStar West Georgia Hospice.

She was born July 12, 1930 to the late, Gussie Tucker and Dallas Wortham in Pine Mountain, Georgia.

She joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in 1973. Ethel was employed by Roosevelt State Park; retiring after giving thirty years of service.

Survivors include three daughters, Catherine Crowder, Sara Jones, and Gloria Jones; one son, Larry Jones, all of Pine Mountain, Georgia; two brothers, Bill (Pearle) Wortham and J. D. (Beulah) Wortham, Manchester, GA; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives; and a very special nurse,Christy Turvin.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
