Mrs. Estella Mae Smith, 83, of LaGrange, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017

 

at West Georgia Medical Center. She was born March 18, 1933 in Montpelier,

 

Vermont, the daughter of Maude and Stanley Robert George.

 

Estella is survived by her sons, Robert “Bobby” and Kimberly Smith, David and

 

Rhonda Smith and Paul and Sandra Smith; daughter, Debra Holland; sister, Madie

 

Wakefield; half-sisters, June Hardy and Abel Hardy; many grandchildren and

 

several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband

 

Russell Smith, son Nichola Smith and sister Carol George.

 

The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January

 

29, 2017 at Hunter-Allen- Myhand Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2:00 P.M.

 

Monday, at Friendship Baptist Church, 106 North Barnard Avenue LaGrange, with

 

Pastor Tom Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow at Shadow Lawn Cemetery.
