Annie Cora Jenkins, age 68 died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mrs. Jenkins, a Native of Lagrange was the daughter of the late Robert Boyd, Sr. and Indiana Bruce Boyd.  She attended East Depot High School and she was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church.  She married her high school sweetheart, Eddie L. Jenkins, Jr. with over 50 years of marital bliss.  Mrs. Jenkins held employment as a Supervisor with Days Inn Motel.  Survivors include in addition to her husband, two daughters, Shondra Jenkins and Yolanda C. Walker (Marcus Laye); three sisters, Vanessa Richardson, Connie Barnes and Mrs. Catherine Jones all of Chicago, Illinois; a brother, Vincent Boyd of Chicago; four grandchildren, Javiante Jenkins (Brittany), Takari Brewer, Chasitee Atcherson (Jaleel) and Jalanda Walker; two great grandchildren; special friends, Shirley Cox and Mrs. Willie Mae Cox; and several other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Boyd, Jr. Funeral services for Annie Cora Jenkins will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Warren Temple U.M. Church.  Rev. Terry Barnes will officiate with burial at Southview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter at 101 Cold Water Terrace.  West Georgia Mortuary is in charge of arrangements
