Georgetta “Jo” Grantham, 73, of LaGrange, GA passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at Twin Fountains Nursing Home.

Mrs. Grantham was born June 29, 1943 in Vanceburg, KY, to the late George Roy Rice and Gracie Kathryn Hornbeek Rice. She was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, George R. Rice, Herbert C. Rice and Charles R. Rice; sisters, Julia O. Arthur, Nora G. Patterson and Mable I. Miller.

Survivors include her son, Timothy “Larry” Grantham and his wife, Amy; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Rev. Andy Buchanan officiating. The family will receive friends at 2:00pmprior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.
