James Thomas Dale, age 70, of Waleska, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 11:00 am at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw.

Mr. Dale was active with many organizations including The Kennesaw Mountain Historical Association Executive Board, The Army in Atlanta Museum Association Board, The National Museum of the US Army, Sons of the Confederate Veterans Marietta, GA Camp and Sons of the American Revolution, Canton, GA.

Survivors include his wife Yvonne Martin Dale, daughter Emily Dale Tanner, granddaughters Audrey, Madelyn, and Delilah, son in law James Tanner, Stepson Brant Strickland and wife Holli Kyle, stepdaughter Yvette Strickland, brother in laws James, Butch and David Martin.
