Kevin Lewis Todd

Kevin Lewis Todd passed away Monday at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.

He was born July 8, 1969 to Judy Bonnell Johnson and the late, John Lewis Todd in LaGrange, Georgia.

He was educated in Troup County and graduated from LaGrange High School, Class of 1987; and West Georgia Technical College. Kevin was previously employed by Kimberly Clark, and the Georgia High School Association where he served as an Umpire. He became an entrepreneur, and opened “1 Touch” Detail Shop.

Kevin joined St. Paul Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of, Pastor Felton James; he moved his membership to Living By Faith under the leadership of Bishop Donald Lancaster; and then Shiloh Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Keith L. Todd where he was a dedicated Deacon until God called him home.

He was a Member of Sons of LaGrange Masonic Lodge 537, John L. Martin Consistory 367A 32 Degree, Al Karim Temple 242 Oasis of Newnan Desert of Georgia. He served faithfully until his health declined.

Survivors include his wife, Monshina Todd; four children, Richorias L. Cofield, LaPorsha Maddox, Mercedes Maddox, and Christopher Maddox; two god children, Jackson and Londyn; his mother, Judy Todd; brothers, Pastor Keith L. (Gwen) Todd, Terry Todd; sisters, Sherry (Pernell) Easter and Tonya (Ranaldo) Ogletree; mother-in-law, Bobbie Ellis; sister-in-law, Valerie; and a host of special nieces, special nephews, aunts, uncles and special brothers, special sisters, relatives, and friends.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 3:30 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, East 10th Street, West Point. Bishop Donald Lancaster will officiate. Burial will follow at Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of his mother, Mrs. Judy Todd at 117 Woodridge Circle.
