JEKYLL ISLAND – The LaGrange High tennis team made its annual trek to the coastal part of the state for the Jekyll Jam that wrapped up on Saturday.

LaGrange’s boys’ and girls’ teams each played three matches over the course of the two days.

LaGrange’s boys’ team went 2-1, with its lone loss coming in a hard-fought match against Glynn Academy.

That’s the only loss of the season for the Grangers, who are now 6-1.

In its final match, LaGrange bounced back to beat a strong Columbus team.

LaGrange’s girls’ team finished with a 1-2 record, and it is 5-2 for the season.
