Cecil (Whoop) Fannin, age 79 of 13140 Ga. Hwy 18 died Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the Coliseum Northside Hospital in Macon, Georgia.  Mr. Fannin, a native of Harris county was the son of the late Walter and Hester Hopkins Fannin.  He was a High School graduate and he held employment as a Pipeline Operator.  Survivors include his daughter, Patricia Gay: a sister, Mrs. Rosa Williams both of Pine Mountain, Georgia: five grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.  Funeral services for Mr. Cecil Fannin will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. Noon at St. Paul U.M. Church at 128 Hardy Ave., Pine Mountain.  Rev. Jairo Gay will officiate with burial at the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
