Sheila McClain Lamb, age 66, of LaGrange, passed away on Sunday, March 26th at the Hospice of LaGrange.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Gilbert Lamb; 4 children she loved dearly, Stephen Lamb, Michael Lamb, Rebecca Creel and Rachel Hand; 2 sons-in-law who she loved as her own sons, Jason Creel and Shane Hand; 1 daughter-in-law who she loved as her own, Mandy Lamb; 10 grandchildren who she deeply cherished, Matthew Lamb, Jonathan Creel, Nathan Lamb, Justin Lamb, Brayden Lamb, Elizabeth Creel, Jack Creel, Elijah Hand, Ethan Lamb and Allison Lamb.  She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lois McClain of Avon Park, Florida.

Sheila served the LaGrange community as a nurse for over 25 years, including over 14 years at the Hospice of LaGrange.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and was an active member of Rosement Baptist Church, selflessly committed to serving others and Jesus Christ.  She was a loving and caring person; devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many- always thinking of others before herself!
