Mrs. Mary Margaret Neighbors, age 86, of LaGrange, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at West Georgia Medical Center. Margaret was born February 6, 1931 in Ephesus, Georgia the loving daughter of John Bailey Cofield and Ellen Jane Smith Cofield. Margaret’s passion in life was her family and her gardening.

 

She is survived by her two sons, Wendell and Andy Herren; two grandsons, Scott and Ben Herren; three great-grandchildren, Skylar, Tyler and Jax Herren.

 

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Lamon Lee Neighbors Sr.

 

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 5^th at Hunter-Allen-Myhand Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
