Tina LaShaz Houston Cameron passed away Monday at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.

She was born November 2, 1966 in West Point, Georgia to the late, Luther and Ouida Houston.

She was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, West Point.

Survivors include her children, O’Mont (Letitia) Houston, Lanett, AL; Shaquenia Cameron and Curtis Cameron, Jr., LaGrange, GA; three grandchildren, U’lysia “Deary” Williams, Jalaya Cameron, and Isaac Cameron; two brothers, Luther (Emma) Houston, Jr., West Point, GA and Jonathan Houston, LaGrange, GA; one sister, Gloria (James) McQueen; five aunts,  Teretha Cumberlander and Gladys Houston, both of West Point, GA; Phenia (Henry) Hanford and Olivia Cumberlander, both of Atlanta, GA; Jessie Mae Cumberlander, Indianapolis, IN; Louise Walker, Hamilton, GA; her loving longtime companion, Fredrick Bridges; special friends, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, West Point. Dr. W. T. Edmondson will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and James McQueen at 43 Horseshoe Bend, West Point and will receive friends in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home on Friday from 6-7.
