Mrs. Myrtle Irene Wilger Rowe, age 96, of LaGrange, passed away on March 13, 2017 at the Hospice LaGrange.  Mrs. Rowe was born on December 14, 1920.  Mrs. Rowe is  survived by her son, Jim Rowe; daughter, Carol Turlich and her husband Marion; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren;  extended family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wilger, she was preceded in death by children, Mary Darby, John Nystrom and Pat Herring.  Memorial services will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Loyd Presbyterian Church with Dr. Rix Threadgill officiating.  Family will receive friends at a reception following the service at the church.  Higgins LaGrange Chapel Funeral Home, 706-884-7117.
