Robert Evans, Jr. passed away Saturday at his home in Newnan, Georgia.

He was born January 4, 1940 to the late, Robert and Blanche Evans in Newnan (Coweta County) Georgia.

Survivors include his three children, Bernard Evans, Barvaria (Kerry) Smith, Toconna Evans; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Curtis Evans, Bobie Newson, Amy P. Torian, Alice F. Ward, and Patrica Arnold; sister-in-law, Daisy McClendon; two brothers-in-law, Charlie Cameron and Nathaniel Cameron; very special friends, and relatives.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Friday at 2:00 PM at Confidence Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Bridget Dixon will officiate. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
