In all candor, Donald Trump is one of the most divisive presidents in recent U.S. history. Some Americans assume that he is one of our greatest presidents. Others assume he is the devil incarnate. Neither of these opinions is correct.

In this article, I want to be fair when evaluating President Trump. Let’s face it, he’s done some positive things. He’s also made some mistakes. If you study all the presidents, including even Washington and Lincoln, they have all failed at times.

Since Donald Trump has been president, I have made lots of money in the stock market. Yes, I give President Trump credit for that.

I agree with Mr. Trump when he wants to clean up the political swamp in Washington. Unfortunately we have two liberal parties in the District of Columbia. Because of the liberal Republicans and Democrats we are $20 trillion in debt.

Democrats need to learn that Donald Trump won the election fair and square. The Russians did not put him in office. Who, then, put him in office? To tell it like it is, Hillary Clinton put him in office. She was one of the most incompetent candidates I have ever seen. There are several areas where I disagree with the president. First, quit tweeting.

Second, don’t flip-flop so much. Third, don’t try to be friends with Vladimir Putin.

Unfortunately, President Trump has failed to work with Democrats and independents. Barack Obama was unable to work with Republicans.

The genius of Ronald Reagan was that he could cross party lines. Trump will never be as effective as Reagan when it comes to working with the other party.

In fairness to President Trump, he has said that he supports Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Unfortunately, there are some Republicans in Congress who presently want to do away with Medicaid. Most elderly people in nursing homes are on Medicaid.

Without Medicaid they will have nowhere to go. I don’t want to see them kicked out into the streets.

I am totally against impeaching President Trump. The American people legitimately voted him in as president. Congress has no business trying to undo what the people did.
