Titus and Zsa Zsa Heard of LaGrange, Georgia, will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary with a dream wedding set for Friday, August 4, 2017, at First Baptist Church, located at 204 Fannin Street in LaGrange, Georgia. In the spirit of love and laughter, their journey will be expressed “In the Key Of Love.” Following the wedding, the guests will be treated to a vintage pre-reception with appetizers and cocktails. Next, the guests will be serviced with a brunch during The Vintage Gala Wedding Reception at the Callaway Conference Center in LaGrange, Georgia.

The couple met on August 18, 1986, and Zsa Zsa knew within in minutes her soulmate had walked into the room. She knew that day that she would marry Titus Durane Heard. On August 2, 1992, Titus called and said ‘do you want to get married’ and she said yes. Titus said he would pick her up the next day. They eloped to Pensacola, Florida. Titus prepared the most beautiful wedding a girl could ever desire.

Titus said he met Zsa Zsa and fell in love with her immediately. His dreams became her dreams. Their desire for one another only existed in fairy tales. They became one on August 4, 1992, at 10:50 am.

Following their wedding, the couple dined at the Waffle House.

Twenty-five years later, Titus continues to create butterflies for his bride. They have decided to celebrate their union with a 25-year vintage wedding and reception. The private wedding and reception is by invitation only.

Titus received his bachelor’s in human services and minor in psychology from Troy State University in 2007. Zsa Zsa is a 1993 graduate of Tuskegee University. She has obtained a bachelor’s in social work, and master’s in counseling and psychology. Zsa Zsa is also a licensed professional counselor. Titus is a manufacturing supervisor at MANDO, Hogansville, Georgia. Zsa Zsa is the CEO of the LaGrange Housing Authority.  Zsa Zsa and Titus are both 1988 graduates of Troup County Comprehensive High School.

Zsa Zsa is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Alumnae Chapter of LaGrange, Georgia. Titus is the Basileus of the Alpha Xi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Lagrange, Georgia. Titus and Zsa Zsa have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, Wanda and Alexis Heard.

Titus is the son of the late Levon Heard and the late Carrie Lou Heard. Zsa Zsa is the daughter of Bobbie Jean Hart and the late George Tommie Lee Hart.
