LAGRANGE – The Blue Star Summer Basketball Camp, which has been going on for more than 20 years, will return next week.

The camp, which is under the direction of LaGrange High boys’ head coach Mark Veal, will be held from Monday to Friday at the Mike Daniel Recreation Center.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 15, and it will last from 9 a.m. until noon each of the four days.

The instructors include Veal, as well as his coaches and some of the current players.

For 20 years, the camp was led by Mike Pauley, and Veal took over when he became the Grangers’ head coach before the 2015-2016 season.

Registration forms are available at the Mike Daniel Recreation Center.

Registration will be accepted the day of the camp.
