Mary Bridges passed away Sunday at Twin Fountains Home.

She was born January 22, 1925 in LaGrange (Troup County) Georgia.

She joined Union Chapel U. M. Church at an early age; and ushered many years until her health declined.

She was previously employed with the LaGrange School System.

Survivors include her children, Willie Bridges, Mary McCauley, both of LaGrange, Ga; Bernice (Hillard) Clark, College Park, Ga; Ellen (Vincent) Daniel, Decatur, GA; Ruby Jennings, LaGrange, Ga; Kenneth Bridges, Forrest Park, GA; Irene (Paul) Truitt, West Point, Ga; and a host of grandchildren, including five generations; nieces, nephews, and relatives.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Warren Temple U M Church. The Rev. John Tompkins will officiate. Burial will follow at Union Chapel Cemetery.
