Mr. Robert D. (Bobby) Rushing Sr., 71, of LaGrange passed away Saturday morning at West Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Rushing was born April 19, 1946 to the late  Barnell Rushing & Gerald Ann (Jewel) Waldron. He was a member of Dunson Baptist Church and United States Navy Veteran and retired from Insurance sales and Construction.

Survivors include his children:

Robert (Bob) Rushing, Jr. Kenneh Square, PA; Gerri Moore, Landenburg, PA; Russell and Robin Rushing, Salisbury, North Carolina

Granddaughter: Savanna Moore, Landenburg, PA

Half brother:  Kenneth Toney Orlando, FL

Funeral services for Mr. Robert D. (Bobby) Rushing, Sr. will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday

From the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Chapel The family will receive friends at the funeral home (Tuesday) afternoon from 5 until 6 p.m.

Cremation will follow and interment of remains to follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
