Lindsey Renea “Lulu” Bowles

Lindsey Renea “Lulu” Bowles, 18, of LaGrange, GA passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Grady Hospital, Atlanta, GA.

Lindsey was born October 20, 1998 in LaGrange, GA, and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.  She was a 2017 graduate of Troup High School where she was a member of the Troup High School Band, ROTC and Chorus.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Krystin Bowles, and great grandparents, Lee and Annie Bowles, Bobby Tanner, Huel and Virginia Bowen, Emma and Bud Bailey.

Lindsey is survived by her parents, Riley, Sr. and Jennifer Bailey Bowles; brothers, Chris Bowles and Riley “Bubba” Bowles, Jr.; grandparents, Linda and Donald Bowles, Jimmy and Barbara Driver, and Jerry and Patricia Bailey; great grandmother, Brenda Raiford and her husband, Billy; aunts and uncles, Vicki and Jim Boggs, Patti and Jonathan McClellan, Tiffany and Terry Posey, and Ashley Renea and Kurt Smith; the love of her life Devin Brazil and numerous close cousins and extended family and “best friends.”

Celebration of Life services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Pastor Donnie Benefield and Pastor Jonathan McClellan.  Burial will follow in Gray Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, West Point, GA.  The gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.  In honor of Lindsey’s love of Alabama football anyone who wishes may wear their team colors.
