June Carol Kidger Massengale 87 years old from Lynn, Massachusetts died Sunday morning July 30, 2017. Born June 5, 1930, in Lynn Massachusetts she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Caroline Kidger.

A devoted mother of four, devoted Air Force wife and cosmetologist, June helped many women on Air Force bases from coast to coast and in between to look their best. In the 1970s June was pivotal in helping her husband to successfully manage two businesses in Miami and LaGrange. Our mother had two mantras: “there is no such thing as I can’t” and “if you’re not having fun it’s your own fault.”

Survivors include her four children: James Michael Massengale and his spouse Debbie Yorke Massengale, John Thomas Massengale and his spouse Stephanie Taylor Massengale, Matthew Howard Massengale and his spouse Tommi Massengale and Laurel Massengale Taylor and her spouse Robert Taylor, Jr.; eight grandchildren: Jamie Massengale Britton her husband Danny Britton, Jesse Massengale, June Taylor Beutler her husband Jonathan Beutler, Stephen Massengale, Jim Taylor, Ian Massengale, Janet Massengale, and Kevyn Pitts her husband Brandon Pitts; five great grandchildren: Joshua Britton, Andrew Britton, Bryson Pitts, Grayson Pitts and Matthew Massengale.

A time of visitation and Catholic Rights will be delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017 from 6-7 p.m. at Higgins LaGrange Chapel.
