Officers with the Troup County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel Binion on Saturday around 3 p.m.

Binion, 32, had been wanted, after not returning to work release last week.

Binion is back in custody after a 911 call revealed his location. He was arrested without incident, according to Sgt. Stewart Smith.
