A funeral service to celebrate the life of Carole Jean Grizzell, 63, of Camden, South Carolina, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at Camden Military Academy, Cline Chapel. Chaplain, Timothy Hunter will officiate. Burial will follow in Quaker Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Camden Military Academy, 520 Highway 1 North, Camden, SC 29020

Carole died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017. She was born in Anniston, Alabama, the daughter of Eloise Fann Womble Grizzell and the late Hubert Grizzell.

Carole is survived by her mother, Eloise, husband, Arthur Edwin Dumont, Jr.; and brothers, Hubert Pete Grizzell and Dick Grizzell (Inger), all of Denver, Colorado and John Grizzell of Lagrange, GA. Carole was predeceased by her father and her sister, Susan Grizzell.
