Gloria Jean Baker Lee

Mrs. Gloria Jean Baker Lee, age 62, of LaGrange, passed away on Oct. 20, 2017, at the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Lee worked for over 22 years with the Troup County School System.  She was born on April 3, 1955, in Newnan, Georgia to Thomas E. “Frog” Baker and Barbara Ward “Bobbie” Baker.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Ronnie Gene Lee of LaGrange; sons, Christopher Tod Lee (Jina) of Byron, Georgia and Justin Edward Lee (Bria) of West Point; daughter, Kimberly Michelle Akers (Greg) of Rural Retreat, Virginia; brother, Tommy Baker (Kim) of LaGrange; sister, Donna Mobley (Steve) of LaGrange; 10 grandchildren; extended family and friends.  Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Edward Baker, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with the Rev.
