Wanda Yvonne Shellnutt Russell, age 62, of LaGrange, passed away on Oct. 21, 2017, at the WellStar West Georgia Health. Mrs. Russell was born on Nov. 22, 1954, in LaGrange, Georgia. She worked at Elastic Corporation of America in Columbiana, Alabama.

Survivors include her spouse, Edwin Lewis Russell; son, Donald Lee Gordon; brother, Wayne Shellnutt; sisters, Edith Pittman and Carol Waldrop.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, at 3 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel. Family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
