Elsie Davis Eldredge McMullen, 93, of LaGrange, GA passed away Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at Florence Hand Nursing Home.

Mrs. McMullen was born Oct. 31, 1924, in LaGrange, GA, daughter of the late Charles and Lillie Davis. She was a graduate of LaGrange High School, photo colorist for Davis Studio, a poet and a homemaker. She was first married to the late Tom Eldredge, and this union was blessed with two children. Her second marriage to the late Robert McMullen, blessed her with three step children. Mrs. McMullen was a longtime member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, where she was a Bible Study Leader and leader in the St. Vincent De Paul community.

She was a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother to many children, and is survived by numerous cousins, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The gathering of family and friends will be Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 from 6 until 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 5:30 pm. The funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Tim Gadziala officiating. Burial will follow in Hillview Annex Cemetery.
