Tereke Towns, 41, of 1202 Murphy Avenue passed away on Monday at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.

Tereke attended LaGrange High School and Word of Grace Church until his health declined.

He leaves to cherish his memory two children; Tanesha La Shea Towns and Nautica Drew, loving father Donald and Lona Lovelace, Sr. grandmothers; Frankie Town and Annie Broome all of LaGrange, four brothers; Donald Jr., Landon, William Lovelace, Kenneth and Brandy Jones, Jr., one sister Crystal Jones all of LaGrange, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother Thresia Towns and his grandfather John Towns, Sr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Eastside Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Jefferson of Word of Grace Church officiating.

The interment will be in Southview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at his sister’s home at 199 Dix Street.
