Annie Lillian Pattillo Henderson

Mrs. Annie Lillian Pattillo Henderson, 94, of LaGrange passed Jan. 20, 2018, at Twin Fountains Home.

Lillian was born May 9, 1923, in Troup County the daughter of the late Reuben Stone and Viola Elvira Cobb Pattillo.

She was a member of Callaway Baptist Church where she taught the adult ladies Sunday school class for many years. Lillian retired from Florida Steel in Indian Town, Florida and had previously worked as office secretary for LaGrange Iron Works until its closure.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Henderson, Jr.; brothers, Robert and Leon Pattillo; and a sister, Rubye Herren.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law: Carolyn and Charles Hill, LaGrange, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law, Donald Wayne and Cathy Schmidt-Henderson, LaGrange, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Patrick Malone, Panama City, Florida; grandchildren and their spouses, Donna (Christopher) Stone, Newnan, Georgia; Anna (Brandon) Mobley, LaGrange, Georgia; Marc (Andrea) Malone, LaGrange, Georgia; William (Ashley)  alone, LaGrange, Georgia; Aaron (Ike) Jones, LaGrange, Georgia; Blair (Jim) Ivey, Dallas, Georgia; 13 great grandchildren, two sisters: Peggy (Gordon) Steger, LaGrange, Georgia; Polly Adams, Murfreesboro, Tenessee; sister-in-law, Dorothy Pattillo LaGrange, Georgia.

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Lillian Pattillo Henderson will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Redmond officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home (Tuesday) evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Funeral Home.
