Tuesday marked the debut of C’sons Passport Experience, which allows customers to delve into food and wine from around the world. The restaurant is currently featuring French cuisine with appetizer and entree items such as raw oysters and champagne mignonette and steak au poivre.

Each menu lasts for a two-month period, during which C’sons will incorporate events specific to the menu. Wine tastings, cooking seminars, and theme dinners are among these events.

“We wanted to change things up this year, and create a fun and unique experience for our customers,” said Chase Hudson owner of C’sons Restaurant.
