On Saturday, the LaGrange Daily News will debut a redesigned newspaper, including a new flag, headline and body fonts and a new look throughout the paper.

The new, fresh design will be revealed with the Feb. 10 edition of the newspaper, but it’ll be teased throughout the week in the LaGrange Daily News print edition and its Facebook page.

“We think our readers are going to love this new design,” said managing editor Daniel Evans. “We’ve spent a lot of time putting our heads together to figure out the best layout for our newspaper, and we think the community will be pleased. We’re excited about the changes.”

The newspaper will also feature a new button, which will be used as a profile picture on its social media websites.

Every page has been reimagined. The changes may be most noticeable on the front page or the sports page, but the calendar, opinion and records pages will also include new fonts and changes to their design.

The newspaper’s website, www.lagrangenews.com, will also be updated with the new flag.
