Andy Milam

Andy Milam, 51 of Warm Springs, Georgia passed away on Monday, Jan. 5, 2018, at Upson Regional Medical Center, Thomaston, Georgia.

Andy was born on Nov. 16, 1966, in LaGrange, Georgia to the late Johnny Milam and Janice Pattillo Milam Flor. He was a graduate of LaGrange High School and played most brass instruments for the LaGrange High School Band. Andy’s grandfather influenced him at an early age and he followed in his footsteps to become a master mold maker. He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Milam and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Leon Pattillo.

He is survived wife Christie K. Milam, Warm Springs; children Drew Milam, Manchester and Megan (Tyler) Evans, Panama City Beach, Florida; mother and step-father Janice Flor and Dr. Doug Flor, LaGrange; sister Allison (Tony) Fling, Woodbury; granddaughter Rory Evans; adopted daughter Megan Nasdeo; Warm Springs, Georgia.

Memorial services for Andy will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home in Manchester. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to be given to the LaGrange High School Band in memory of Andy Milam.
