Vince Deondray Sutton passed away Thursday.

He was born Sept. 28, 1966, to Ms. Maxine Sutton and the late, Calvin Simpson, Jr.

He united with Smyrna Baptist Church.

Vince graduated from LaGrange High School, class of 1984; and continued his studies at the University of Alabama and was an outstanding athlete and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity ETA CHI Chapter.

Survivors include his mother, Ms. Maxine Sutton, LaGrange, Georgia; sister, Tonya Simpson of Atlanta, Georgia; five sons,  Kevin Reese, Texas; Derami Sutton of Peachtree City, Georgia, Jonathon Sutton, Jaylen Sutton and Michael Sneed, all of LaGrange, Georgia; one grandson, Christian Sutton; the mother of his children, Debbie Brand Sutton; his aunts,  Ruby Williams, Ft. Valley, Georgia; Janice Echols, Regina (Corey) Hogan, LaGrange, GA; uncles:  Percy (Patricia) Sutton, Killeen, Texas, Jerry Simpson, LaGrange, Georgia; and a host of relatives and friends.

The service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, West Point.
