Alma Williams

Alma Williams passed away Monday.

She was born Nov. 2, 1921, in West Point to the late, John H. Hubbard and Rebecca Wainwright.

She united with Union Springs Baptist Church, and was previously employed by Signal Knitting Moles.

Survivors include her son, Victor Williams, Charleston, South Carolina; five daughters:  Loriann (the Rev. Alfonzia, Jr.) Simpson of LaGrange, Georgia; Debbie Williams and Valerian Heard, both of Pine Mountain, Georgia; Eartha Williams, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania; and Sandra (Bobby) Woodyard, LaGrange, Georgia; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of relatives.

The service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Union Springs Baptist Church.
