Marie McCord passed away Thursday.

She was born March 17, 1937, the second child born to James Bill and Louise Blackmon McCord.

She was actively an active member of Louise UM Church; and retired from Harlem Hospital Center in New York.

Survivors include a son, Horace David (Shelia) McCord; daughter, Barbara Ann Morris, LaGrange, GA; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Liza Hilton of New York, New York; one god-child; five aunts, two uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins  and friends.

The service will be Saturday at noon at Louise UM Church.
