TCSO arrests man wanted for allegedly stabbing three people in Florida

The Troup County Sheriff’s Office arrested a male suspect Sunday who was allegedly involved in the stabbing of three people Saturday in Bradford County, Florida.

The male, Quandrell Steele, of Bradford County, Florida and a female, Cindy Moore, were arrested, according to a TCSO press release. Steele is wanted for his alleged involvement for stabbing three people around 4:58 a.m. Saturday morning. The victims in the crime, two females and one male, were also robbed along with other individuals at a residence in Bradford County after a dispute broke out at a home. According to the press release, two of the stabbing victims had been released from the hospital and another was listed in critical condition.

Steele allegedly stole a car and he and Moore fled the area shortly after the crimes, according to the TCSO press release.

Deputies from Bradford County received information that the suspects could possibly be in the area of Hillcrest Road in Troup County. Investigators with the TCSO and a K9 unit from the LaGrange Police Department began checking the area for the suspects.

Around 3:43 p.m., an investigator spotted the stolen car, a 1995 Ford Fusion, driving in the area of New Franklin Road and Wares Cross Road, according to the TCSO.

The vehicle was pulled over and both the male and female were taken into custody without incident, according to the press release.
