Flint River took the lead with a pair of runs in the first inning, but LaGrange Academy exploded for nine runs in the bottom of the third to seize the lead.

The Warriors kept pouring it on, and when they scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the sixth, the game ended because of the run rule.
