The LaGrange City Hall front entrance will be closed beginning Tuesday.

The public is encouraged to enter city hall on the side entrance on the bottom floor by the city’s utility customer service area.

City crews will be tearing out the front steps of city hall to waterproof the wall behind the stairs and then rebuilding new steps into the building.

Construction should be completed by the end of May.
