Mrs. Susie Mae Jones

Mrs. Susie Mae Jones of LaGrange passed away Wednesday at WellStar West Georgia Hospice.

The celebration of life memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church on Hammett Road. Pastor R. L. Wood and Bishop Larry White will officiate. 

Mrs. Jones, a native of LaGrange, was born March 6, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Bill and Willie Bell Todd Cameron. She was employed for many years with Interface. 

Survivors include her children, Mr. and Mrs. Billy (Marie) Hanner, Carla Simpson Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Frank (Shanekia) Simpson Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Deon (Teresa) Simpson; 12 grandchildren; four brothers, Charlie Cameron of Philadelphia, Penslyvania; Freddie (Tracy) Cameron of West Virginia; Nathaniel Cameron and Stanley Cameron of LaGrange; five sisters, Daisy (Clifford) McClendon and Vera Jean (Alfonzia) Johnson, both of Philadelphia, Penslyvania; Ruth (Odis) White of Chattanooga, Tennessee; Connie Truitt of Indiana; Gail Jackson of Kansas; aunts, Sally Cameron and Fanny Mae Cameron; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

The family will be at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Billy and Marie Hanner at 107 Wolverine Court.
