Mrs. Gwendolyn Chancey-Truitt passed away May 25, 2018, in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Mrs. Truitt is survived by her husband, Ralph Truitt of Ypsilanti, Michigan; local survivors include sisters-in-law Rosa Sims, Mary Alice Sivell and Louise Carlisle, all of LaGrange; nieces and nephews. 

The funeral service will be Saturday, June 2, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Saint John Baptist Church, 866 Monroe Street in Ypsilanti. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens in Plymouth, Michigan.
