Mr. Jerry A. Manning, age 73, of LaGrange, passed away on June 19, 2018, at the Pruitt Health in Greenville.

Mr. Manning was born on April 8, 1945, in Roanoke, Virginia, to the late James Manning and Thelma Robertson Manning. He worked for the NCR Corporation for many years, retiring as a service technician. He was a member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church. 

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Patsy Morrell Manning; daughter, Stacye Manning Smith and her husband Tim; brother, Jim Manning and his wife Barbara; granddaughter, Camden Smith; sister and brother in law, Wanda and Wayne Leonard; niece, Kristi Adams and her husband Joe; nephew, David Manning and his wife Cheryl; grand-dog, Bailey; extended family and friends. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Katie Mattox officiating. 

Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel.
