The celebration of life service for Mr. Columbus Peterson, of LaGrange, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. Dr. W. T. Edmondson will officiate. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.

Mr. Peterson, a native of LaGrange, was born March 28, 1936, and was the son of the late Mrs. Mary Boyd Peterson. He was a licensed practical nurse and worked throughout LaGrange and Columbus.

Survivors include his nieces, Anshan Mary Peterson Miller; Brenda Lee Peterson Miller (Larry) of Ocala, Florida; Crystal Miller of Bowie, Maryland; Marilyn Ann Page (William) of Institute, West Virginia; Polina Page of Columbus, Ohio; Jasmine McLain (Zach) of Huntinton, West Virginia; Carolyn Vanessa Rutledge (John) of Hogansville, Georgia; Brittany Spence; nephews, Kennedy Banks of Charleston, West Virginia; Eddie Lamar Banks of LaGrange; Demarrio Spence of Huntsville, Alabama; other family and friends.
