Sister Ibbie Ree Partridge Gates passed away Monday.

She was born July 18, 1932, in Meriwether County, Georgia, to the late, Frank and Dairah Partridge.

She united with Branch Hebron Baptist Church and served faithfully, and faithfully attended Eastside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Georgia R. Gates, Henry F. Gates, Dairan Person and Christine Gates Gholston; son-in-law, Ken Gholston and daughter-in-law, Cynthia McDowell Gates; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five loving nieces and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

The service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Branch Hebron Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. Gates is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
