Annie Sue Cameron Smith passed away Monday.

She was born Feb. 16, 1942, in Troup County, Georgia, to the late Mr. Otis “Buck” Cameron Sr. and Mrs. Viola Atcherson Cameron.

She united with Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; and retired from West Georgia Medical Center. 

Survivors include her granddaughter, daughter, Jessie Faith Reed; three sons, Jerry Donnell Smith, William Allen (Shirley) Smith and Jimmy Lee (Sharon) Smith, all of LaGrange; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five brothers, James (Shondra) Cameron, Joe (Shirley) Cameron, Ray (Peggy) Cameron, all of LaGrange; Roy (Eve) Cameron of Jacksonville, Florida; Johnnie Cameron, Douglasville, Georgia; two sisters:  Leona Webb and Viola (Robert) Ramey, both of LaGrange; one maternal aunt, Mrs. Rebecca Atkinson; three sisters-in-law, Annie Pots, Bobbie Jean Smith, Geneva Hurston; one brother-in-law, Gurson Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

The family will be at their home at 127 Bonaventure Drive.

The excellent care of Mrs. Smith is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
