Joan Lynn Armstrong Howard, age 67, of LaGrange, passed away on Aug. 22, 2018, at her residence.  Mrs. Armstrong was born on June 30, 1951, in LaGrange to the late William Armstrong and Blanche Cox Armstrong. 

She was a registered nurse and was the supervisor of the emergency room at West Georgia Medical Center prior to retirement.
